1. What is the age limit for gambling?
According to the legislation from Ordonanța de urgență nr. 77/2009, it is forbidden for people under the age of 18 to gamble. Also, the access in our saloons is restricted for people aged under 18.
2. Do I need to carry an ID with me when entering the saloons?
It is recommended to always have a valid ID with you. We reserve the right to ask for an ID card in order to protect the minors.
In case of a win that is part of our promotional campaigns, it is mandatory to present a valid ID before handing in the prize.
3. Is self-excluded and undesirable persons access allowed where gambling activities are carried out?
Not. According to Emergency Ordinance No. 82 from October 5, 2023 Article 15^1 Gambling organizers are obliged not to allow access where gambling activities are carried out to self-excluded and undesirable persons who are registered in the database regarding self-excluded and undesirable persons, created, managed, and permanently updated by O.N.J.N. (National Gambling Office), a database to which licensed gambling organizers have access in real time.
4. How can I become a VIP member?

5. What do I have to do if I win?
The prizes can be picked up right away from that specific saloon. In case of a win that is part of our promotional campaigns, it is mandatory to present a valid ID before handing in the prize.
According to the legislation by the Fiscal Code, the prizes won that exceed 600 RON in a period of time of 24 hours, a tax of 10% will be deducted for Romanian residents.
For foreigners, a tax of 16% will be deducted from any kind of winnings that is part of a promotional campaign.
6. How can I participate to the promotional campaigns?
